1. General Booking Policy

  • All bookings made through Alim Travels are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Prices are valid at the time of quotation and may vary due to airfare changes, hotel rates, currency fluctuations, and seasonal demand.

  • Alim Travels reserves the right to modify, cancel, or update package details without prior notice.

2. Payments & Deposits

  • A minimum deposit (non-refundable) is required to secure any Umrah or holiday booking.

  • Full payment must be completed before travel documents, tickets, or visas are issued.

  • Failure to pay outstanding balances may result in cancellation without refund.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Umrah Packages

  • Visa issuance is handled by relevant authorities; once applied, fees are non-refundable.

  • Hotel and transport bookings are subject to supplier cancellation rules.

  • No refunds for partial stays, missed nights, no-shows, or unused services.

Holiday Packages & Flights

  • Airfare, hotel, and tour refunds depend on airline and supplier policies.

  • Special fares, discounted rates, and promotional bookings are strictly non-refundable.

  • Date changes and cancellations may incur additional charges.

4. Travel Documents & Visa Responsibility

  • Pilgrims are responsible for ensuring passport validity of at least 6 months at the time of travel.

  • Any visa rejection, delay, or denial by immigration authorities is not the responsibility of Alim Travels.

  • Incorrect or incomplete travel documentation can lead to boarding denial without refund.

5. Airlines, Hotels & Transportation

  • All flight timings are subject to airline schedules and may change due to operational reasons.

  • Alim Travels is not responsible for missed flights due to airline delays, weather conditions, or immigration procedures.

  • Hotel star ratings are based on local classification and may differ from international standards.

  • Transport services are shared or private depending on package selection.

6. Health, Safety & Medical Conditions

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel.

  • For Umrah packages, vaccination requirements are determined by Saudi authorities and may change without notice.

  • Alim Travels is not liable for health issues, medical emergencies, or hospital expenses during the trip.

7. Changes & Amendments

  • Any changes to travel dates, hotels, or flights requested by the traveler may result in additional fees.

  • Last-minute changes cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak Umrah seasons.

8. Force Majeure

Alim Travels is not responsible for losses, delays, or cancellations caused by:

  • Political instability

  • Natural disasters

  • Health outbreaks or epidemics

  • Airline strikes or technical issues

  • Immigration delays or border closures

  • Government policy changes

No refunds will be issued in such cases where circumstances are beyond our control.

9. Pilgrim Conduct & Compliance

  • Travelers must follow Saudi laws, pilgrimage guidelines, and hotel policies.

  • Any misconduct, property damage, or legal violations are the traveler’s responsibility.

10. Liability Disclaimer

  • Alim Travels acts as an intermediary between airlines, hotels, transport providers, and visa authorities.

  • We are not liable for service failures, delays, or damages caused by third-party suppliers.

  • Compensation claims against airlines or hotels must be filed directly with the relevant provider.

11. Travel Insurance

  • Travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.

  • Insurance coverage remains the responsibility of the traveler and is not automatically included unless specified.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking with Alim Travels, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and accepted all terms and conditions.

  • You understand supplier rules, refund policies, and travel requirements.

  • You agree to comply with Saudi laws, airline regulations, and global travel standards.
